if you get this error message while trying to compile a Visual Studio Project/solution:
Could not transform licenses file 'licenses.licx' into a binary resource. (1) : error LC0004 : Exception occured creating type 'System.ComponentModel.LicenseException'
Open the licences.licx file and clear it's contents (control+A, del) and then Rebuild the solution. Visual Studio will recreate/refill the License file.
